摘 要:目的:观察祛肝脂合剂的抗氧化能力。方法高脂饮食造脂肪肝模型;选用雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、祛肝脂合剂高、低剂量组,于造模第9周给药,4周后处死动物,心脏取血检查转氨酶、血脂、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),并取肝组织做病理检查。结果:祛肝脂合剂能降低转氨酶、血脂、MDA;升高SOD、GSH-PX,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:祛肝脂合剂能减少氧自由基的产生从而减轻肝脏损害,有抗脂肪肝作用。Objective:To investigate the antioxidative effection of Qu-gan-zhi decoction.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group,fatty liver model group,experiment group of low dosage,and experiment group of high dosage.The non-alcoholic steatohepatitis model of male Sprague-Dawley rats was induced by the high-fat diet.9 weeks after the model is reproduced,Qu-gan-zhi decoction was administrated to animals of experiment groups by gavage.And 4 weeks after administration of medicine,the animals were killed and the bloods were obtained from heart of animals.The liver function,blood lipids,malondia-ldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione(GSH-Px) were checked.And the histological analysis of liver was checked.Results:Qu-gan-zhi decoction can reduce aminotransferase,lipid levels of blood and MDA,at the some time increase activities of SOD and GSH-PX,It is significant difference from the fatty liver model group(P0.05).Conclusion: Qu-gan-zhi decoction can reduce the production of oxygen free radicals,thus It can reduce the liver damage and have the function of Anti-fatty liver.
