摘 要:以V2O5为掺杂剂,用碳热还原法在氮气气氛中制备了正极材料Li1-5xVxFePO4/C(x=0、0.002、0.004、0.006、0.008、0.010和0.012)。用XRD、恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗法对样品进行研究。样品为橄榄石结构;x=0.008的样品电化学性能较好,以0.1C在2.4~4.2 V循环,首次放电比容量为163.0 mAh/g,第7次循环时增至165.8 mAh/g。Li1-5xVxFePO4/C(x=0,0.002,0.004,0.006,0.008,0.010 and 0.012) cathode materials were prepared using V2O5 as doping agent via carbothermal reduction method under N2 atmosphere.The samples were studied by XRD,galvanostatic charge/discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance method.The samples were pure olivine structure.The sample of x=0.008 had better electrochemical performance,when cycled at 2.4~4.2 V with 0.1 C,the initial specific discharge capacity was 163.0 mAh/g and increased to 165.8 mAh/g at the 7th cycle.
