摘　　要：介绍了10万t/a PVC装置干燥粉料输送系统的改造情况:对DCS进行改造,并增加外气源,保证了粉料输送系统内部畅通;在罗茨风机进口加装空气冷却器,出口加装套管,降低了罗茨风机的进出口温度,保证了罗茨风机安全、稳定、长周期运行。The transformation of dry PVC powders conveying system in 100 kt/a PVC production facility was introduced.DCS was upgraded and equipped with external gas source in order to ensure the powders conveying system unblocked.Air coolers were installed at the inlets of Roots blowers and casing pipes were installed at their outlets,and thus the inlet and outlet temperature of Roots blowers were lowered and safe,stable and long period running of Roots blowers could be ensured.
