摘　　要：智能电网建设对电力应急体系建设有一定的要求,根据智能电网建设与电力应急体系建设的相关点,分析了智能电网下提升城市电力应急水平的方法。分别从数据获取能力、信息提取能力和智能控制能力几个方面,对可以采用的技术和以后一段时间内城市供电应急的发展进行了解析,并具体介绍了上海世博园区电力应急体系的建设。There are certain requirements for power emergency system during the construction of smart grid.According to the relative core of smart grid construction and power emergency system,the approachs to promote the ability of city power emergency under smart gird are analyzed.Then from the points of the ability of acquisition data,the ability of getting information and the ability of smart control,the paper researches the availabled technology and development of power emergency in the future.At last,the construction of Shanghai Expo power emergency system is provided in detail.
