曲美他嗪治疗围生期心肌病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察曲美他嗪治疗围生期心肌病心力衰竭(HF)的疗效及安全性。方法:将符合诊断标准的围生期心肌病患者45例随机分为对照组22例和治疗组23例。2组患者均接受强心利尿等常规抗HF治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服曲美他嗪,研究时间为6个月,观察2组患者治疗前后心功能分级、实验室检查各指标以及应用彩色多普勒超声测量左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:两组临床心功能均有改善,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD均显著改善(P<0.01),两组间比较治疗组较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现与治疗相关的不良反应。结论:曲美他嗪治疗围生期心肌病HF疗效显著,在常规抗HF治疗基础上联合应用能进一步改善心功能,提高LVEF,改善预后。Objective： To assess the efficiency and safety in patients with Peripartum cardiomyopathy using Trimetazidine. Methods：45 patients with Peripartum eardiomyopathy were selected and divided into two groups randomly： the control group（n=22） and the therapy group（n=23）.All of the patients wre accept the common therapy such as cardiotonic and diuresis, the therapy group per os Trimetazidine additional, to observe the grading of cardiac function,laboratory examination,and the LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF by color Doppler ultrasound after 6 months. Results：The heart function was ameliorated in two groups, the amelioration in the therapy group was evidenty（P〈0.05）; the LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF were ameliorated in two groups（P〈0.01）and the amelioration in the therapy group was evidenty（P〈0.05）.None adverse reaction was appearance in all patients. Conclusions：The effect in patients with Peripartum cardiomyopathy using Trimetazidine was evident, using Trimetazidine based the commom therapy can improve heart function ,improve LVEF and ameliorate Prognosis further.
