摘　　要：目的:统计分析静脉药物配置中心常见的不合理医嘱,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2008年11月～2009年11月静脉药物配置中心审核处方中遇到的不合理医嘱进行统计分析。结果:共审查出不合理用药医嘱166例,存在配伍禁忌、给药方法、药物剂量、溶媒等问题。结论:药师通过静脉药物配置中心的工作可及时发现并纠正临床不合理用药,减少了临床因用药不合理引起的不良事件,体现了药师的价值。Objective： To analyze statistically the common unreasonable drug use in the intravenous disposition center, provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods：The unreasonable drug use prescriptions in our PIVAS were summarized and analyzed statistically from November 2008 to November 2009.Results： 166（0.045%） cases of unreasonable drug use prescriptions were examined, mainly including administration,incompatib ility, doses and solvent selection and so on. Conclusion：Pharmacists can detect and rectify clinical unreasonable drug use in advance,The incident caused by clinical unreasonable use will be decreased, and exert pharmacists worth completely.
