摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折手术前后护理特点。方法:对57例肱骨髁上骨折的患儿实施各种护理措施和指导功能锻炼。结果:所有的骨折均愈合,肘内翻发生率为3.5%神经损伤发生率为1.7%,未发生钉道感染、压疮等并发症,肘关节功能恢复优良率达100%。结论:通过对患儿和家长实施心理护理,使其配合治疗,加强基础护理、维持有效牵引,实施指导功能锻炼,预防或减少并发症的发生,提高临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the nursing characteristics and effect of caring children with humeral supraeondylar fracture before and after operation.Methyls：There are 57 children with humeral supracondylar fracture nursed with various kinds of nursing intervention and to guide functional exercise.Results：All fracture were cured with good result.The incidence rate of cubitus varus is 3.5%, the incidence rate of nerve injury is 1.7%. There were no other complication like nail infected and bedsore.The fine and good rote of joint functional recovery is 100%.Conclusion： The mental nursing to children and their parents and the functional exercise guidance will limit the complication, guide a good clinical results.
