摘　　要：目的：研究大接骨丹的化学成分。方法：采用多种色谱分析手段进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：从大接骨丹的树皮中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为：β-谷甾醇（1）、7-羟基-3-乙基苯酞（2）、3β-甲氧基-豆甾-7-烯（3）、谷甾烷（4）、（E）-对甲基苯丙烯醛（5）、豆甾-7-烯-3-醇（6）、邻,对-二甲氧基苯甲酸（7）、β-胡萝卜苷（8）、熊果酸（9）、正十八烷酸（10）、二十二烷酸（11）、软脂酸（12）。结论：所有化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物3~7、10~12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Toricellia angulata var.intermedia.Methods：The constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Results：Twelve compounds including β-sitoterol（1）,7-hydroxy-3-ethylphthalide（2）,3β-methoxy-stigmast-7-ene（3）,stigmast-5-ene（4）,trans-p-methylcinnamaldehyde（5）,stigmate-7-en-3β-ol（6）,o.p-dimethoxybenzoicacid（7）,β-daucosterol（8）,ursolicacid（9）,stearic acid（10）,dcosanoic acid（11）,palmitic acid（12）were isolated and identified from this plant.Conclusion：All the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time,compounds 3～7,10～12 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
