摘 要:新加坡植物园展览温室采用拱壳杂交钢结构体系.由于温度变化在大跨度结构中引起的内力与变形对结构安全有很大的影响,在设计中不可忽略.初步设计阶段时,温度荷载使得拱壳连接结点附近的壳体单元应力严重超标,因而将原方案采用的全刚性焊接节点改为铰接弹簧节点.本文运用两种有限元软件分析了结构在升温和降温两种荷载工况下的静力响应.然后选取部分荷载工况,对考虑温度荷载与不考虑温度荷载下结构的应力及变形进行了比较分析,验证了温度荷载在大跨度钢结构设计中的重要性.Arch-reticulated shell hybrid steel structure was adopted in the conservatories at gardens by the bay in Singapore.As the internal forces and deformations caused by temperature variation could exert great impact on the structural safety,the temperature load can not be ignored in structural design.Because temperature load had led to far higher stress of shell frames near the arch-reticulated shell connections than the standard,the fully rigid welded joints in the original proposal were thus replaced by pinned spring joints in the initial stage of design.Two kinds of FEA software were employed to analyze static response under both day condition and ignition condition.Comparative analysis of stresses and deformations was carried out on load cases with temperature load considered or not,which verified the importance of temperature load in design of large-span steel structure.
