摘　　要：目的:考察试验温度和放置时间对注射用头孢呋辛钠有关物质检查供试品溶液稳定性的影响。方法:《中国药典》2005年版二部注射用头孢呋辛钠有关物质检查法。结果:试验温度及放置时间对注射用头孢呋辛钠有关物质检查有影响。结论:检查该品种的有关物质时,供试液应控制试验温度及放置时间,要求做到现配现用。Objective：To study in influence of different temperatures and storing times on the stability of related substances in sample solution of Cefuroxime Sodium for injection. Methods： Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition volume Ⅱrelated substances test item which is under the preparation. Results： The influence of different temperatures and storing times on the stability of related substances in sample solution of Cefuroxime Sodium is indubitable. Conclusion： It′s necessary to control the temperature and storing time of the sample solution of Cefuroxime Sodium, and to use the preparation promptly.
