摘　　要：目的:对不合格处方进行归类分析,进一步提高我院处方质量及合理用药水平。方法:根据《处方管理办法》、《中华人民共和国药典》、药品说明书、文献等资料,对我院门诊不合格处方分类、统计并进行分析。结果:2009年我院门诊不合格处方率为0.94%,前记、正文、后记均存在不同程度的问题。结论:医院应继续采取有效措施对不合格处方进行干预,规范医生处方书写,降低不合格处方数量,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。Objective：To improve the quality of prescriptions and the rational administration level of drug in our hospital.Methods：Base on the prescription management method,pharmacopeia,package inserts of drugs,literature and so on,Unqualified prescriptions in outpatients of our hospital were Classified, statisticsed and analyzed.Results：The rate of the unqualified prescriptions was 0.94% in outpatients of our hospital in 2009,and problems of different degrees were found in premise,normal text and postscript of prescription.Conclusion：Effective measures should be continue taken in hospital to intervene the unqualified prescriptions,standardize the writing of the prescription and reduce the number of unqualified prescriptions, improve the quality of the unqualified Prescriptions,promote rational drug.
