摘 要:利用热传导-辐射理论建立方程,同时引入可展桁架天线所处的轨道条件,计算出可展桁架抛物面天线在轨运行时不同时刻的温度场;考虑结构非线性,建立结构热变形计算方程,并将热分析与结构分析进行耦合.利用Fortran语言,编制基于上述理论的有限元程序,计算出可展桁架天线在轨运行时不同时刻天线的温度场和热变形,以及不同时刻反射面的形面误差均方根(RMS).采用热-结构耦合分析方法对算例的分析表明,该方法可实现可展桁架天线从热分析到结构分析的直接转化和耦合,可用于指导可展桁架天线的结构设计和热控制设计.Using conduction-radiation theory to establish formulations,knowing the orbit of the deployable truss antenna,this work calculated the temperature fields of a deployable truss parabolic antenna at different times in orbit.Considering the structural nonlinearity,formulations to analyze the structural thermal deformation were established.And the thermal analysis and structural analysis were coupled.Using Fortran language,a finite element program based on the theory above was built,the temperature fields and thermal deformations of deployable truss antennas at different times in the orbit were calculated,and the root mean squares(RMS)of surface errors of the antenna's reflector surface at different time were calculated.Analysis of a truss deployable antenna as an example showed that this method can realize the direct conversion and coupling from thermal analysis to structural analysis for deployable truss antenna,and it is useful to structural design and thermal control design for deployable antennas.
