摘 要:合成出了可赋予织物表面良好拒水拒油性能的环保型含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液.以自制的丙烯酸(N-甲基全氟丁烷磺酰胺基)乙酯(C4SA)和丙烯酸十八酯(SA)为主要原料,采用乳液聚合法合成了环境友好型的含氟丙烯酸酯均聚物和共聚物乳液.分别采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和差式扫描量热仪(DSC)表征了均聚物和共聚物的结构和热性能;测定了均聚物和共聚物膜的静态、动态接触角,以及表面自由能;并根据AATCC的标准测试了共聚物乳液所能赋予织物表面的拒水拒油等级.结果表明:均聚物和共聚物膜表面均具有稳定的低表面张力,可赋予织物表面良好的拒水拒油性能,同时不会给环境带来负面效应.A environment friendly fluorinated polymer providing excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties on polyester fabrics was prepared.Nontoxic and nonbiopersistent[N-methyl-perfluorobutane-1sulfonamide]ethyl polyacrylate(PC4SA),stearyl polyacrylate(PSA),the copolymer of C4SA and SA were prepared by emulsion polymerization.The structures and thermal properties of homopolymers and copolymer were investigated by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The static angles,dynamic angles and surface free energy of fluorinated homopolymer and copolymer films were determined.Water and oil repellency was measured according to AATCC test method.The results indicated that the fluorinated polymers possessed low surface energy,and that the polyester fabrics finished by the fluorinated copolymer emulsion displayed hydrophobic and oleophobic properties.Moreover,the fluorinated copolymer emulsion could avoid the environment problems caused by long perfluoroalkyl groups.
