摘　　要：采用孕妇血清学标志物进行唐氏综合征筛查是一种对孕妇和胎儿均非侵入性的检查,因其方法简便、经济,检出率高,同时还可以筛查开放性神经管缺陷,目前已成为国内外研究的热点.如何根据实际情况,选择合适的筛查方法,提高出生缺陷儿检出率,减少不必要的有创检查,建立最有效、安全的产前筛查策略是目前的研究重点.该文就这一领域内的情况、进展和存在的问题进行简述.Maternal serum markers for prenatal screening of Down＇s syndrome is a kind of screening for pregnant women and fetal all non-invasive inspection,simple and convenient method for its economic,high rate,at the same time,also can screen a neural tube defect. Laboratory screening has become the focus of research. According to actual condition,how to choose the appropriate screening methods ,improve the defects detection,reducing invasive check,establish the effective and safe antenatal screening strategies are currently focused on. Progress and problems are introduced in this field as follows.
