摘 要:目的 探讨糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)线性验证的方法,寻求合适的糖化血红蛋白混合样本预期值的计算方法.方法 由于糖化血红蛋白是以百分率来衡量浓度,而非真正意义上的浓度,该课题通过引入血红蛋白浓度提出了新的糖化血红蛋白混合样本预期值计算方法,并采用改良Doumas法和相关系数r分别对混合样本预期值传统计算方法和新方法进行比较.结果 用传统方法计算混合样本预期值进行改良Doumas法线性判断5次中有2次为非线性,而新方法5次均判定为线性,且后者线性相关系数r均较前者接近于1.结论 糖化血红蛋白线性范围验证的特殊性在于其混合样本预期值的计算,而新的预期值计算方法很好地解决了两样本血红蛋白浓度差异导致的预期值计算误差问题.Objective To seek an appropriate calculation method of the glycosylated hemoglobln(HBAlc) pool's expected value, by exploring the linearity confirmation method of glycosylated hemoglobin. Methods Advanced a new calculation method of the glycosylated hemoglobin pool's expected value by introducing hemoglobin concentration,and respectively e- valuated the traditional calculation of pool' s expected value and the new one with modified Doumas method and correlation coefficient r,since glycosylated hemoglobin was measured by the percentage rather than concentration in the true sense. Results In the linearity evaluation with modified Doumas method of the traditional calculation,2 results out of 5 were nonlinearity;but in that of the new one,all were linearity. Besides the correlation coefficient r in the latter evaluation was closer to 1 than that in the former one. Conclusion The particularity of the linearity confirmation of glycosylated hemoglobin lies in its pool's expected value calculation. And the new calculation method solved the problem of calculation errors caused by the difference in hemoglobin concentration between the two samples.
