阿甘利多液热外涂对提高静脉穿刺成功率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿甘利多液热外涂对提高静脉穿刺成功率的效果。方法采用自身对照实验方法,将132例(共640例次)进行静脉穿刺患者分别给予采用自制阿甘利多液热外涂穿刺部位,再进行静脉穿刺(设为实验组)与采用温水热外涂穿刺部位,再进行静脉穿刺(设为对照组)。观察两组患者静脉穿刺总时间、血管充盈度、一次穿刺成功率、穿刺时患者疼痛程度及满意度。结果实验组穿刺总时间、血管充盈度、一次穿刺成功率、穿刺时患者疼痛程度及满意度均优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论阿甘利多液热外涂进行静脉穿刺能减轻患者痛苦,提高穿刺成功率及患者满意度,而且该操作简便、安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Aganlido liquid on the success rate of venipuncture.Methods A total of 132 patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group.Before venipuncture was conducted,Aganlido liquid was smeared on the puncture sites for patients in the experiment group,while only warm water was applied on the puncture sites in the control group.The total puncture time,angioplerosis,the first-time puncture success rate and patients′ pain and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total puncture time,angioplerosis,the first-time puncture success rate and patients′ pain and satisfaction in the experiment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Smearing with Aganlido liquid on the puncture sites help relieve patients′ pain,improve the success rate of venipuncture and patients′ satisfaction.It is easy to perform and safe,and is worth the clinical application.
