窄谱蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将520例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为观察组(268例)与对照组(252例),观察组患者于洁面清理面部粉刺后,用窄谱蓝光照射20min,每周1次;对照组患者在洁面、清理面部粉刺后用红光电疗或超声波导入消炎药物,加面膜护理20min,每周1次。连续治疗8w后观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为85.1%与60.3%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄谱蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮起效快、安全有效,值得临床推广应用。护理方面要求护理人员治疗前应向患者做好解释工作,配合做好治疗前后的工作,其是治疗成功的重要措施。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of blue light irradiation on vulgaris acne and to summarize the main nursing points.Methods Five hundred and twenty patients with vulgaris acne were randomly divided into the study group （268 patients） and the control group （252 patients）.Both groups administrated Roxythromycin orally twice a day and used self-made acne lotion for eight weeks.In addition,patients in the study group adopted blue light radiation 20 mins once a week and the control group adopted red light radiation once a week.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 8 weeks later.Result The effective rate in the study group and the control group was 85.1% and 60.3% respectively,and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions With rapid response,blue light radiation is a safe and effective means for vulgaris acne treatment.Nurses′ explanatory work before the treatment and nurses′ cooperation during the treatment are essential to the successful therapy.
