摘　　要：目的探讨脑深部电刺激治疗帕金森病的手术配合要点。方法总结20例帕金森病患者行脑深部电刺激治疗手术配合的护理经验。结果 20例患者共植入38根电极,手术过程顺利,患者临床症状均明显改善;无1例发生颅内血肿、感染、永久神经系统功能障碍和护理并发症。结论熟知手术器械性能,做好术前准备和术中默契的配合对保证手术的顺利进行具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the nursing points in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with Electro-stimulant therapy in deep part of the brain.Method Nursing experiences in the treatment of Parkinson′ s disease with electro-stimulant therapy in deep part of the brain were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of thirty-eight electrodes were successfully implanted into twenty patients′ brains.Patients′ clinical symptoms were obviously improved,and no complications such as intracranial hematoma,infection and permanent nervous system dysfunction occurred.Conclusion Nurses′ knowing well surgical instruments,getting well-prepared before operation and cooperating well with doctors during operation are essential for improving therapeutic effect.
