摘　　要：中药药性是中药理论研究的重要内容之一,目前研究主要局限于单一药性或两类药性(气、味)的研究,难以全面反映基于中药药性的用药规律。为此,本文提出气、味、归经药性组合与功效关系的研究,通过对2005版《中华人民共和国药典》中药性及其功效数据的统计,得到235种药性组合,利用数据挖掘技术对药性组合与功效之间的关系进行了关联分析,明确了每种药性组合的主要功效。研究结果表明,药性组合有助于多角度、多层次地揭示中药的作用规律,丰富和发展中药药性理论,为中药新药的研制和中医药临床疗效的提高提供理论依据。Chinese herbal nature is an important subject in the theoretical research of Chinese Medicine.A single property or two properties cannot systematically reveal the internal law.In this paper,we propose to study the relationship between Chinese herbal nature combination and functions based on traditional records by data mining.The data concerning the Chinese herbal nature and functions are collected from the 2005 edition of The People＇s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia.235 nature combinations are found,and the definite link between Chinese herbal nature combination and functions is discovered.The results would help to reveal the connotation of Chinese herbal nature theory,and be beneficial to the development of new Chinese herbal medicine and improvement of the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine.
