摘 要:通过建立完善的教学管理体系、编写《临床护理教学手册》、制订分阶段教学目标、组织形式多样的教师和学生培训、开展丰富多彩的课外活动、运用动态的教学评价等,建立以能力及人文教育为核心的临床护理教学模式。学生实践能力及人文素质均得到提高,学生和带教老师对新的教学模式满意。以能力及人文教育为核心的临床护理教学模式重视学生全方位的素质,有利于提高临床教学质量。Through the measures such as establishing consummate teaching management system,compiling "clinical nursing teaching manual",making objective teaching plans according to teaching stages,organizing various training for teachers and students,carrying out rich and varied extracurricular activities,and using dynamic teaching evaluation,we constructed a clinical nursing teaching model based on competency and humanistic education and used the teaching model among nursing students in clinical practice.As a result,the students enhanced clinical nursing competencies and humanistic quality.Both the students and the teachers were satisfied with the teaching model.The teaching model focused on cultivating the students' comprehensive professional qualities and improved the teaching effect.
