摘　　要：以救治大规模结石婴儿为例,探讨在公共卫生突发事件护理管理措施。通过贯彻小组护理模式、制订救治流程和发挥护士长的管理职责等管理措施,确保复杂、多变的公共卫生突发事件的护理工作顺利完成。Taking the treatment of large numbers of infants and children with urinary calculi for example,this paper explores the measures of nursing administration in public health emergency.The measures such as implementing fixed-group nursing model,developing emergency flow,and playing a role of head nurses＇ supervision can make sure that the complicated and changeable public health emergency goes on well.
