摘 要:目的:探讨caveolin-1在慢性非细菌性膀胱炎中的表达情况及其可能的作用机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测caveolin-1在15例非细菌性膀胱炎膀胱粘膜及6例正常膀胱粘膜中的表达情况。结果:正常膀胱粘膜中caveolin-1无表达,非细菌性膀胱炎组织中caveolin-1阳性率达53.3%,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在非细菌性膀胱炎患者中,症状评分分组表达情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Caveolin-1在非细菌性膀胱炎中具有高表达,可能参与其发病过程。这一初步研究可能为非细菌性膀胱炎的临床治疗提供新的思路。Objective:To investigate the expression of caveolin-1 in chronic nonbacterial cystitis and its possible mechanism.Methods:Caveolin-1 protein expression was determined in 15 bladder mucosa specimens of nonbacterial cystitis and 6 specimens of normal bladder as the control by SABC immunohistochemistry staining.Results:The positive expression rate of caveolin-1 in nonbacterial cystitis group(53.3%) was significantly higher than that in the control(P0.05).In nonbacterial cystitis,there was a statistically signifi-cant difference of caveolin-1 expression between the two different symptom score groups(P0.05).Conclusions:Caveolin-1 expression was upregulated in nonbacterial cystitis,and caveolin-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of nonbacterial cystitis.This preliminary study may provide a new perspective on clinical treatment of nonbacterial cystitis.
