摘　　要：目的:评价平板3D-DSA在中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:对96例中晚期宫颈癌患者进行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术,将所有患者分成实验组(平板3D-DSA组,42例)和对照组(普通DSA组,54例),两组术中化疗药物和栓塞剂差异无统计学意义。观察两组影像学表现、临床疗效和毒副作用,并统计分析血管损伤的发生率、造影剂用量、透视时间、手术时间。结果:96例患者每侧均有1支子宫动脉,子宫动脉均增粗、扭曲。实验组造影剂用量、透视时间和血管损伤的发生率比对照组少(P<0.05),两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组血管损伤的发生率比对照组少。结论:平板3D-DSA在中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗中大大减少了透视时间,对中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗具有重要价值。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of rotational plane digital subtractive angiography and three demonstrations reconstruction technique in intervention therapy of advanced and moderately advanced cervical cancer.Methods：Ninety-six cases with advanced and moderately advanced cervical cancer were treated by uterine artery chemoembolization.They were divided into the experimental group（n=42,rotational plane digital subtractive angiography group） and control group（n=54,conventional DSA group）.The chemotherapy drugs and embolization agent of two groups showed no significance.Imaging Findings,clinical efficacy and side effects were observed.The time of interventional procedure and fluoroscopy and the volume of contrast agent were recorded.Results：Ninety-six cases had one uterine artery at each side.The uterine arteries were commonly enlarged asymmetrically in every case.The effective rates of two groups had no statistical difference.The time of fluoroscopy,the volume of contrast agents and the rate of vascular injury were significantly decreased in 3D-DSA（P0.05）;the time of interventional procedure had no statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusions：Rotational plane DSA and three demonstrations reconstruction technique could decrease the time of fluoroscopy and the volume of contrast agents in intervention therapy of advanced and moderately advanced cervical cancer,and is valuable for interventional therapy of cerebral aneurysms.
