摘　　要：积雪草甙作为一种中药提取物有抑制瘢痕增生的作用,本文通过对国内外期刊中有关积雪草甙分子生物学研究的文献进行查阅,综述了积雪草甙对成纤维细胞、胶原代谢、细胞因子等的影响,为在分子水平研究中药提取物治疗瘢痕的作用机制提供思路,以期研制出广泛应用于临床的治疗瘢痕的药物。As one extractive coming from Chinese medicinal materials asiaticoside could restrain scars hyperplastic.In the fol-lowing article we looked up all literatures about asiaticoside molecul bioresearch from exterior and interior periodical,and then reviewed the influences which the asiaticoside had done to desmocyte,collagenmetabolism and cytokine.Hoping that it could provide a way to study mechanism of action of treating scars by Chinese medicinal materials extractive in molecular level.All in all,we wished finding a drug which could be widely used to treat scars in clinical.
