摘　　要：文章介绍了外文期刊的在政治、经济、文化、科技等方面的重要价值及其在开发利用方面所存在的问题，论述了建立区域性外文期刊联合目录的必要性，编制条件和方法。The article introduces the important value of foreign language journals in the political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological fields and the issues in its development and use, discusses the necessity of establishing regional collaborative bibliographies and the conditions and methods of preparation.
