摘　　要：根据除尘器灰斗卸输灰的工艺特点和气力输送设备的控制要求,由PLC控制系统执行除尘器灰斗卸输灰气力输送设备的控制任务,可以实现除尘器灰斗卸输灰气力输送设备的全过程自动化操作。从气力输送设备的控制要求、传感器设置、PLC模块配置等方面着手,简要介绍了由PLC组成的除尘器灰斗卸输灰气力输灰控制系统。Based on the controlling requests of bag filter dedusting pneumatic transportation,PLC control system performs the control task of the pneumatic transportation,which can realize the automatic operation.From the view of the controlling requests,sensor selection and PLC module configuration,this paper briefly introduces PLC control system of the bag filter dedusting pneumatic transportation.
