火电厂湿法烟气脱硫石膏脱水问题分析及处理措施

摘　　要：介绍了燃煤电厂在湿式石灰石(石灰)-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺中的脱硫石膏质量控制。从各种物料、运行方式及设备方面分析石膏脱水问题,主要包括石灰石纯度、入口烟气含尘量、吸收塔浆液及脱水系统等方面,较全面地分析了影响脱硫石膏质量的工艺因素,提出了控制参数,对提高脱硫石膏的质量有一定的参考价值。This paper introduces the techniques for controlling the quality of calcium sulfate in a wet limestone（1ime）-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology adopted by electric power plant.The problems on gypsum dehydration are analyzed based on materials,operating methods and equipments,such as limestonepurity,flue gas dust,scrubber slurry and gypsum dewatering system etc..Compreensive analysis of the technological factors affecting the quality of gypsum is analyzed.The technological parameters are brought forward and it is a valuable reference for controlling the quality of calcium sulfate.
