摘 要:目的:研究神经肽Y(NPY)在人鼻息肉组织中的表达、分布以及其在鼻息肉发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法和医学图像处理分析系统,定性以及半定量分析并比较NPY在实验组60例鼻息肉组织和对照组36例鼻黏膜组织中的表达、分布间的差异。结果:实验组鼻息肉组织中NPY阳性神经纤维和细胞的数目明显减少,而且其平均积分吸收度明显低于对照组鼻黏膜组织并具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:NPY在鼻息肉发病中可能起到重要的作用。Objective::To explore the possible roles of neuro peptide Y(NPY) in the pathogencsis of human nasal polyps by studying the expression and distribution of NPY in nasal polyps tissues.Methods: The nasal polyps speciment of 60 patients were selected randomly as the experiment group while the normal nasal mucosa speciment of 36 patients were selected as the control group.The expression and distribution of NPY were examined by immunohistochemical SP method and computer image disposing and analyzing system.Results: The terminals of NPY in the experiment group were markedly decresed in density of immunostaining compared to the control group,and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusions: NPY may play important roles in the pathphysiological mechanism of nasal polyps.
