摘　　要：目的：探讨多普勒超声引导下腔静脉滤器植入治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2005年6月—2008年9月41例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者行彩色多普勒超声引导下下腔静脉滤器植入术的临床资料。结果：所有患者下腔静脉滤器植入均获得了成功,效果明显。术后随访6~12个月,无滤器移位和肺梗死发生。结论：彩色多普勒超声引导下腔静脉滤器植入治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓有效、简便、经济。Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of inferior vena cava（IVC） filter under the guidance of color duplex ultrasound for acute deep vein thrombosis.Methods：The clinical data of 41 DVT cases,who underwent inferior vena cava filter under the guidance of color duplex ultrasound in our hospital from Jun 2005 to September 2008,were retrospectively analysed.Results： All the IVC filter were successful.During follow-up of 6-12momths,the patients suffered neither from migration and complication of the filter,nor from pulmonary ernbolism.Conclusions：Placement IVC filter is safe,effectiveness and cheap with color duplex ultrasound.
