摘  要:观察乌苯美司(1)对正常及免疫缺陷小鼠绵羊红细胞(SRBC)和噁唑酮诱发的迟发性超敏反应(DTH)的影响。低剂量(0.1、1、10 或100 μg/只)能促进对SRBC的DTH 反应,恢复噁唑酮引起的DCH 损伤,1的该作用有年龄依赖性;高剂量(1000 μg/只)则无此作用。1 亦能恢复环磷酰胺iv 给药或ip 接种Ehrlich 腹水瘤细胞后引发的DTH反应。结果表明,1 能促进细胞介导的免疫反应,并恢复降低的细胞介导免疫反应功能。Effect of ubenimex (1) on the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by sheep red blood cells (SRBC) and oxazolone was observed in normal and immunity impaired mice. Administration of a low dose of 1 (0.1~100 μg/mouse) enhanced DTH induced by SRBC and restored DTH impaired (oxazolone). The effect of 1 in the mouse was age dependent. In all cases, the highest dose of 1 (1 mg/mouse) did not enhance DTH response. 1 also restored DTH response impaired by injection of cyclophosphamide or inoculation with Ehrlich ascites tumour intraperitoneally. These results indicate that 1 enhances the cell mediated immune response and restores the reduced cell mediated immune reactions.
