摘 要:在对DDS输出频谱杂散的理论分析基础上提出了一种DDS技术与直接频率合成技术相结合的超宽带捷变频源实现方案。该方案通过选取DDS输出频谱较好的频段避开杂散频谱,再对其进行倍频合成,从而实现超宽带高质量频谱输出。该方案有效解决了跳变带宽与跳变时间之间的矛盾,同时具有良好的杂散性能。实测结果表明,系统在300MHz~1.1GHz输出带宽范围内的频率跳变时间小于400ns,并保持了优于-115dBc/Hz@10kHz相噪性能和-60dBc的杂散性能。Based on the detailed analysis of DDS output signal’s spectrum spurious, a frequency agile source implementation scheme by combining DDS technology with dire ct frequency synthesis method is proposed. The output frequency hopping band of the DDS device is selected carefully to avoid the spurious spectrum, and then th e DDS output signal is frequency multiplied and synthesized to obtain high-quality ultra-wideband output spectrum. The contradiction between frequency band an d frequency hopping time is solved effectively in this scheme, while good performance on spurious is achieved at the same time. According to the experimental re sults, the system’s performance is listed for reference: the output frequency range is from 300MHz to 1.1GHz, the hopping time is less than 400ns, the phase noise performance is better than-115dBc/Hz@10kHz and the spurious performance is better than-60dBc.
