摘  要:3株7年生欧美杨107杨(Populus×euramericanacv.‘Neva’)化学组成径向变异研究得出,所测定材料中综纤维素质量分数的变化范围为75.38%-85.46%;纤维素质量分数为44.85%-50.91%;α-纤维素质量分数为39.92%-45.99%;木质素质量分数为18.28%-24.35%;1%氢氧化钠抽提物质量分数为16.19%-24.72%;苯醇抽提物质量分数浮动为1.52%-3.66%。综纤维素质量分数由髓心向外逐渐增大,随后在第4或第5生长轮处开始出现下降趋势;木质素质量分数从髓心向外的整体趋势如开口向上的抛物线,其顶点在各单株之间有所不同;纤维素质量分数从第1-2生长轮到第3生长轮基本变化较缓,随后迅速上升到第5轮或第6生长轮附近,然后开始下降至树干最外部;α-纤维素质量分数从髓心到树皮逐渐上升到第6生长轮处,随后在第7生长轮时略有下降;1%氢氧化钠抽提物质量分数的径向变化如开口向下的抛物线,第5轮是抛物线的顶点;苯醇抽提物质量分数径向变异趋势从髓心向外保持下降趋势。从各化学组成径向变异来看,如果以制浆造纸为目的,107杨轮伐期可以选在5-6 a。Three seven-year-old trees of poplar clone 107 were selected as studying materials for its radial variation of chemical composition.Result showed that,for all the determined materials,the holo-cellulose content ranged from 75.38% to 85.46%,cellulose content from 44.85% to 50.91%,α-cellulose content from 39.92% to 45.99%,lignin content from 18.28% to 24.35%,1% NaOH extractives content from 16.19% to 24.72%,benzene-ethanol extractives content from 1.52% to 3.66%.Holo-cellulose content increased from pith to the fourth or fifth growth ring and decreased to the bark.General radial variation pattern of lignin content could be expressed by a parabola with upward opening,and the minimum values varied among different individual trees.Cellulose content kept stable between the second growth ring and the third one,and sharply increased until to the fifth or sixth growth ring,and then decreased to the bark.Content of α-cellulose increased from pith to the sixth growth ring,and exhibited a slight upward trend at the seventh growth ring.General radial variation pattern of 1% NaOH extractives content could be described by a parabola with upward opening,and the minimum values appeared at the fifth growth ring.Benzene-ethanol extractives content decreased from pith to bark.The regulatory rotation age for poplar clone 107 should be 5 to 6 years for pulping yield purposes.
