泽漆根体内抗肿瘤作用研究

摘　　要：本文研究了泽漆根水提液(EWE)的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法以荷S_(180)、H_(22)瘤小鼠为模型,观察其抗肿瘤作用。结果 EWE10g生药/kg/d有明显的抗体内移植瘤和延长荷瘤小鼠存活期作用,并且EWE还能降低荷瘤小鼠脾指数,升高胸腺指数,使之趋向正常值。提示EWE不仅能抑制体内肿瘤生长,还能提高机体的免疫能力。Previous studies showed EWE could strongly inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells in vivo. Experimental results also showed that EWE had antitumor effect in S180-bearing mice and H22-bearing mice and prolonged life-span in S180-bearing mice in this paper, Furthermore, it was found that EWE could improve the immune function of S180-bearing mice.Therefore EWE can be considered as a potent antitumor herb.
