仙人球抗肿瘤药理作用研究

摘　　要：口服仙人球提取液30g/kg～60g/kg(相当于新鲜生药量),可抑制小鼠S_(180)肉瘤及Lewis肺癌实体瘤的生长,并可使荷瘤鼠生存期延长。用动物口服仙人球液后的血清进行体外实验,与正常对照动物血清比较,含仙人球血清明显抑制小鼠EAC肿瘤细胞的生长。含仙人球血清亦可明显抑制YAC-1肿瘤细胞DNA的合成。在抑制肿瘤生长的同时,口服仙人球提取液能提高小鼠脾空斑形成细胞数,并不减少血液白细胞数,说明其并不抑制机体免疫功能,相反有一定促进机体免疫功能的作用。Fresh Echinopsis multiplex decoction(po 30 g/kg and 60 g/kg) could inhibit the growth of solid tumour S180 and Lewis pulmonary carcinoma,prolong the survival date of the mice with the tumours. In vitro, the serum of animal, which took the herb, significantly suppressed the proliferation of EAC tumour cells and inhibited the YAC-1 tumour cell DNA synthesis when compared with the serum of normal animal.The decoction did not reduce the WBC,but increased the number of PFC of spleen cells at the effective dose in mice with tumour, indicating that it did not impair the immune system, but enhance the immune function.
