摘  要:目的:观察糖尿病合并高血压患者血清内脂素水平的变化及肾素血管紧张素系统对其影响。方法:测定50例糖尿病合并高血压患者、30例血压正常糖尿病患者和30例正常对照者血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平,观察奎那普利治疗后合并高血压糖尿病患者血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的变化。结果:糖尿病合并高血压患者血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平明显升高(均P<0.01),血清内脂素与患者平均动脉压、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平呈明显正相关(r=0.496,r=0.521,均P<0.01)。应用奎那普利治疗后患者血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平明显降低(均P<0.01)。结论:血清内脂素水平升高在糖尿病合并高血压发病中发挥重要作用,肾素血管紧张素系统活性影响患者血清内脂素水平。Objective: To investigate the changes of serum visfatin and the effect of the renin-angeotensin system on serum visfatin in diabetes with hypertension.Methods: The levels of serum visfatin and plasma angeotensin Ⅱ were measured in 50 cases of type 2 diabetes with hypertension,30 cases of type 2 diabetes with normal blood pressure and 30 normal individuals.The changes of serum visfatin and plasma angeotensin Ⅱ level were investigated in type 2 diabetes with hypertension after treatment with quinapril(ACE inhibitor).Results:The serum visfatin level and plasma angeotensin Ⅱ level were significantly higher in diabetes with hypertension than those with normal blood pressure(all P0.01).A positive correlation was found between serum visfatin and MAP,angeotensin Ⅱ in diabetes with hypertension(r=0.496,r=0.521,all P0.01).Conclusions:The high serum visfatin level plays an important role in the development of hypertension in the diabetic patients and is influenced by the renin-angeotensin system activity.
