摘 要:目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平的变化及与氧化应激的关系。方法:分别测定35例糖尿病肾病患者、30例单纯糖尿病患者和30例正常对照者血清脂联素、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶水平。结果:糖尿病肾病患者较单纯糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平明显降低,血清丙二醛水平明显升高,血清超氧化物歧化酶水平明显降低(均P<0.01),糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平与丙二醛水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.68,P<0.01),与超氧化物歧化酶水平呈明显正相关(r=0.54,P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平降低及所致的氧化应激增强在糖尿病肾病的发病中发挥重要作用。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the change of serum adiponectin and the oxidative stress in diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The levels of serum adiponectin(APN),malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismulase(SOD) were measured in 35 cases of type 2 diabetie nephropathy,30 cases of type 2 diabetes with no nephropathy and 30 normal individuals as control.Results:The serum APN level was significantly lower than that with no nephropathy(P0.01),and the serum MDA level was significantly higher in diabetes with nephropathy than that with no nephropathy(P0.01) and the serum SOD level was significantly lower in the diabetes with nephropathy than that with no nephropathy(P0.01).A negative correlation was found between the serum APN level and the serum MDA level(r=-0.68,P0.01),a positive correlation was found between the serum APN level and the SOD serum(r=0.54,P0.01).Conclusion:The lowered serum APN level and the increased oxidative stress play an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy.
