摘  要:针对基于旁路电阻Crowbar装置的双馈风电系统故障穿越技术的一系列问题:Crowbar装置短接转子,无功功率消耗过多;Crowbar电阻产生高压威胁直流母线电容的安全;母线电容的过储能难以释放并威胁变频器的安全运行,而采用一种新型故障穿越技术。该技术采用双PWM变频器线路暂态优化控制,实现逆变器并联无环流运行。暂态优化控制包含双PWM变频器线路重构、Crowbar装置、无功电流给定和无功电流优先原则4个部分。通过与基于Crowbar装置的故障穿越技术对比仿真,验证新型故障穿越技术能够提高系统无功补偿能力、支持公共连接点电压、及时释放母线电容过储能以及保护变频器安全运行。新型故障穿越技术的设计参考德国E.ON公司电网标准,对我国今后制定并完善风力发电并网标准有着现实意义。A bypass resistor-set known as crowbar utilized for fault ride-through(FRT) technology for wind power doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) has a series of disadvantages: Rotor circuit shorted by crowbar consumes a large amount of reactive power;DC link capacitor may be exposed to an over-voltage by crowbar resistance;excessive energy stored in DC link capacitor is difficult to relieve and may threaten the safe operation of converter.To solve above disadvantages conventional crowbar technology caused,a novel fault ride-through(FRT) technology was adopted.The operation of parallel inverter without circulating current was achieved by transient optimum control strategy for duel PWM converter.And transient optimum control strategy consisted of four parts: circuit rearrangement of duel PWM converter,Crowbar set,reactive current reference and the pirority of reactive current.A comparative simulation was carried out and the results showed that the novel FRT technology have capacities to promote reactive compensation capacity,to support voltage at the point of common coupling(PCC),to relieve excessive energy stored in DC Link capacitor and to protect safe operation of converter.The novel FRT technology is guided by E.ON grid code,which is signficantly practical to China's development and improve wind-power grid code for connection.
