摘  要:针对多相交错并联型电压调整模块稳态时各相电流纹波大、动态响应难以满足最新VRM标准要求的问题,以两相Buck型VRM为例,依据切换线性系统理论和无源控制,采用了凸组合方法,建立了两相VRM的切换仿射线性系统模型,并推导出其无源控制策略。仿真结果表明,应用无源控制方法的两相VRM的闭环系统,稳态工作点上两相电流保持均流,各相的电流纹波小,保证了系统的大范围稳定,与传统PI控制方法相比能够明显改善负载变化所引起的动态过程,提高了系统的动态品质。Considering the fact that the current ripple in steady state and the dynamic response of multi-phase interleaving parallel VRM still could not meet the latest standard of VRM,example for two-phase buck VRM was given in this article.Based on switching linear system theory and passive control theory,using the convex combination method,a two-phase VRM switching affine linear system model was established,and their passivity-based control strategy were derived.Simulation results show that passivity-based controlled VRM system whose two-phase current keeps flow equalization and ripple current of each phase decreases,then ensure the stability of large-scale in system.While compared with the traditional Pi control methods,it can significantly improve the load dynamic response and improve the system dynamic quality.
