几种免疫增效剂与鸡白细胞血相变化相关性的研究

摘　　要：将30只试验鸡随机分为5组,分别口服鸡转移因子、黄芪、左旋咪唑、灵芝和生理盐水(对照组)各1mL。以后每隔一天每只鸡翅静脉采血,做血涂片,姬姆萨染色,镜检,用白细胞分类计数器进行分类计数。结果显示:试验组的杆状核白细胞数量所占的比例随时间呈逐渐减少,而分叶核白细胞数量所占的比例随时间呈逐渐上升的趋势。试验组的大淋巴细胞数量在中后期的增加幅度与对照组比较有显著性差异(P≤005),而中、小淋巴细胞数量在早期的增加幅度与对照组比较有显著性差异(P≤005)。Thirty pullets were divided into five groups,and then administrated orally 1 mL of chicken transfer factor,astragalus,levamisole,ganoderma and saline （control group）,respectively. Wing vein blood was collected every two days from each bird to make blood smear and stain with Giemsa method. Leukocytes were observed under microscope and also counted for classification. The results showed that the quantity of the stab neutrophil in experimental group went down with time and the lobocyte went up;Also in later period the increased number of larger lymphocyte in experimental group was significantly different compared with control group（P≤0.05）,and in early period the increased number of smaller lymphocyte in experimental group was significantly different compared with control group（P≤0.05）.
