乙型肝炎病毒pre S基因真核表达质粒诱导小鼠特异性抗体反应的研究

摘　　要：本文构建了含有ＨＢｓＡｇ ｐｒｅ Ｓ区基因的真核表达载体ｐＣＭＶ４ｐｒｅ Ｓ， 经大量提取质粒并纯化后， 肌肉注射Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ 小鼠， 共免疫３ 次， 间隔两周， 结果有３／７ 的小鼠血清抗ｐｒｅ Ｓ２ 抗体呈阳性。The pre S gene was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pCMV4 and the recombinant plasmid pCMV4 pre S was constructed A group of 10 Balb/c mice were immunized through intramuscular injection of pCMV4 pre S for three times at intervals of two weeks,while another group of mice were injected with blank vector pCMV4 as a control The result showed that anti pre S antibody was detectable in three out of seven mice injected with pCMV4 pre S,while all of the mice in control group presented negative, indicating that the recombinant plasmid pCMV4 pre S was potentially useful as candidate gene vaccine for HBV infection
