摘　　要：针对高速线材精轧机组故障频繁,使用振通903数据采集器进行跟踪监测,运用故障诊断技术和频谱分析原理,查找出故障隐患和故障根源,做到设备提前检修,减少设备故障的损失,从而提高备件装配质量。Aiming at the fault happened frequently in high speed wire rolling mill unit;the data collector of Zhengtong 903 is used to track and monitor.And the fault diagnosis technology and the spectrum analysis are also used to find out the hidden faults and fault causes,so as to make the equipment maintenance in advance and reduce equipment failure loss,thereby enhance economic efficiency.
