摘　　要：甲型H1N1流感是一种新的H1N1病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，具有较强的传染性，可通过近距离飞沫和接触传播。目前甲型H1N1流感疫情已在全球较大范围内传播。我国已将甲型H1N1流感纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病，采用甲类传染病的预防控制措施。从4月27号起国际卫生组织将H1N1流感病毒从4级升到5级警报，6月11日世界卫生组织已决定，警戒级别由5级提升至6级最高级别。The armor H1N1 flu is the acute respiratory tract infectious disease which one kind of new H1N1 virus causes,has the strong infection,may through the short distance priming and the contact dissemination. The item proostracum H1N1 flu epidemic situation has disseminated in the global wide range. Our country has integrated the armor H1N1 flu the class B infectious disease which ＂the People＇s Republic of China Infectious disease Prevention law＇stipulated, uses the armor class infectious disease the anticipatory control measure. From April 27 international health organizations the HIN1 flu virus from 4 promotions to 5 levels of warnings,on June 11 the World Health Organization had decided that,the security rank promotes by 5 levels to 6 levels of highest ranks.
