摘　　要：随着医学模式由过去的生物学模式向现在的心理-社会-生物学模式的急剧转变，推动了医学与医学心理学的飞速发展。采用适当的心理护理可以消除手术病人不良的心理刺激、协调机体各种功能、调动病人主观能动性、提高病人的应激能力，促使患者与医护人员密切配合，顺利渡过手术期。Along with the medicine pattern by the past biology pattern to the present psychological -- society -- biology pattern suddenly transformation, impelled the medicine and the medical psychology rapid development. Uses suitable psychological nursing to be possible to eliminate the surgery patient not good psychology stimulation, coordinated organism each kind of function, transfers the patient subjective initiative, sharpens patient＇s stress ability, urges the patient and the medical care personnel coordinates closely, crossed the surgery time smoothly.
