摘 要:采用单花滴注方法和注射法交互接种,分别对8株分离自小麦赤霉病穗和11株分离自玉米茎基腐病茎的禾谷镰孢菌进行致病力测定。结果表明,所有供试菌株均能够成功交互侵染小麦和玉米,二者致病能力不同,存在明显差异。小麦赤霉病和玉米茎基腐病都是土传病害,染病作物病残体会造成跨寄主侵染,在小麦玉米轮作区两种病害可能会出现日渐严重的趋势。Pathogenicity of Fusarium graminearum,8 isolates from wheat diseases head,11 isolates from corn diseased stalk was studied.With single flowers drip and stalk injection methods,the interactive inoculation of Fusarium graminearum on the healthy wheat and maize plants was tested.All tested strains were able to infect plants interactively.But the pathogenicity of the two pathogen,Fusarium graminearum were significantly different.As the wheat scab and maizen stalk rot were soil-borne diseases,diseased survival was primary infectious pathogen of cross-infection host.So,wheat head blight and maize stalk rot will become more serious in wheat and maize rotation area of China.
