摘　　要：本文采用硝酸纤维素膜脾内埋植免疫， 利用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术， 首次制备了抗菌肽ｍａｇａｉｎｉｎ ＩＩ的单克隆抗体（ｍＡｂ）， 获得４ 株稳定分泌抗ｍａｇａｉｎｉｎＩＩｍＡｂ 的杂交瘤细胞株。利用该ｍＡｂ 对提取的ｍａｇａｉｎｉｎ ＩＩ进行竞争性ＥＬＩＳＡ 和免疫组化分析， 均获得较满意的效果。Four hybridoma cell lines of stably secreting specific monoclonal anitbodies against magainin II were prepared by fusing Sp2/0 cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice immunized by intraspleenic deposition of magainin II attached to nitrocellulose paper strips Satisfactory results were obtained in analysis of extracted magainin II by competitive ELISA and immunohistochemical staining with the monoclonal antibody
