摘  要:采用孢子粉粘附法和孢子液注射法,对‘郑58’、‘178’、‘齐319’及其F1代等7个材料进行了瘤黑粉菌人工接种鉴定,测定了供试材料根、茎、叶SOD、POD的活性及蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量.结果表明:在接种初期与病症高发期,根、茎SOD活性升高,叶片中除抗病亲本‘178’外,SOD活性均降低;POD活性随染病期时间延长,有逐渐升高的趋势;随染病期时间延长,根、茎中蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量大多逐渐降低,而叶片中蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量有逐渐升高趋势.接种亲本与未接种亲本相比,抗病亲本SOD活性、POD活性及蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量升幅均高于感病亲本.The activity of SOD and POD,and the content of protein and soluble carbohydrate were determined in root,stem and leaf of seven maize inbreds ('zheng58','178','qi319' and their F1 generations) inoculated with spore adhesion on seeds and spore suspension on plants.The results showed that SOD activity increased in the roots and stems,the opposite results were observed in the leaves of all the material with the exception of the inbred parent '178' at initial stage of the inoculation and susceptibility peak.POD activity enhanced with extending of infected time.The content of protein and soluble carbohydrate decreased in most of root and stem; however,increased in leaves.The resistant parents had a higher activity of SOD and POD,and content of soluble carbohydrate compared with the susceptible parents.
