摘　　要：针对反倾销调查机关需要及时、准确、高效地判断进口产品是否对国内产业造成损害以及损害程度的需要.基于反倾销理论实践及信息工程技术,提出反倾销产业损害幅度计算方法在数据库中的实现方式.研究结果表明,具有辅助计算产业损害幅度功能的数据库系统能够帮助用户把握反倾销的相关动态,更好地测算自身由于国外倾销行为所受到的损害,帮助调查机关提高管理的科学性与效率.Anti-dumping investigation agencies must be timely,accurate,and efficient to determine whether imports are causing injury to the domestic industry,as well as the extent of damage.Based on the anti-dumping theory and information engineering technology,this thesis proposes a computational method of the industry injury margin and the way to realize the computational method in the database.The result shows,with ancillary function of computing the industrial injury,the database system can help users to grasp the dynamic anti-dumping results and better measure the suffered damage caused by dumping behavior.It can also help the investigating authorities improve the scientific management and efficiency.
