金边祛风饮对类风湿关节炎患者血清MMP-3和TIMP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药金边祛风饮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的临床疗效,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将76例RA患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组36例,两组均口服甲氨蝶呤（MTX）,一次10-15 mg,每周一次;治疗组加服金边祛风饮,一次20 ml,1日3次,总疗程3个月,于治疗前和治疗3月后分别检测患者ESR、CRP、血清MMP-3和TIMP-1,同时进行DAS28评分。结果治疗前两组各项指标均无差异,治疗3个月后,组内比较DAS28评分、ESR、CRP、MMP-3和TIMP-1均明显下降（P〈0.01）;两组间比较,治疗组较同期对照组各项指标下降更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论金边祛风饮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎,临床疗效肯定,且副作用少。其作用机制可能是通过降低患者血清MMP-3和TIMP-1而达到的。Objective To explore the clinical effects and the mechanism of combining Jinbian Qufeng composition with methotrexate in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 76 cases with RA were randomly divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=36）.All patients took methotrexate（MTX） 10~15 mg once a week.The treatment group also took Jinbian Qufeng composition 20 ml 3 times a day.ESR,CRP,serum MMP-3 and TIMP-1 of the patients in both groups were detected before the treatment and after 3-month therapy.In the meantime,DAS28 score was carried out.Results While each indicator was not significantly different between the two groups before the treatment,the DAS28 score,ESR,CRP,serum MMP-3 and TIMP-1 were significantly lowered after 3-month therapy in all patients（P0.01）;compared with the control group,each item was lowered more significantly in the patients of the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to treat rheumatoid arthritis by combining Jinbian Qufeng composition and methotrexate in that the levels of serum MMP-3 and TIMP-1 will be significantly lowered.with Having better clinical effects and few side effects,it is worth applying to clinical practice
