摘　　要：传统的工业组态软件MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)内置数据报表存在诸多缺陷。如数据处理功能有限、报表格式呆板,不能根据实际工程灵活调整。利用动态数据交换DDE技术、对象连接与嵌入OLE技术和Access数据库功能,整合Visual Basic 6.0和Excel软件的编程与运算优势,可以得到3种新颖的报表制作方法。新型报表不仅增强了复杂数据的处理功能,更便于数据的运算、查询和浏览,而且具备格式灵活,节省打印资源等优点,扩展了MCGS的功能。The traditional industrial configuration software MCGS（Monitor and Control Generated System） built-in data report forms has many defects such as the inability to process complicated data and reporting formats can’t work flexibly according to the actual program.In this paper,based on Excel and the software development tool Visual Basic 6.0,three new ways of reports form making under the help of the DDE communication protocol,OLE and Access 7.0 are introduced.Practical operation results show that the new forms are not only enhance the ability on complex data processing,but also convenience for data query and browse as well as presenting a flexible formats and resources-saving advantage.Thus it extends the function of MCGS.
