摘　　要：水文信息组织是形成水文数据松散集合的操作,这种操作形成的数据集合称为水文信息资源组织或水文信息资源统一组织。为了实现数据源异构、多源和自治条件下的水文信息资源组织,需要特殊的组织机制与模型,以支持相应的软件实现。重点讨论支持水文信息资源统一组织的软件平台实现及其技术特点。Hydrological information organization is an operation process to form a loose set of hydrological data,the loose set is called Hydrological Information Resources Organization or Hydrological Information Resources Unified Organization.In order to integrate data from heterogeneous,multi-source and diverse sources,special organization mechanism and model are needed to suppport implementation of computer software.The paper focuses on discussing the implementation of software platform of unified organization for hydrological information resources and its technical characteristics.Its practical application shows that the platform can offer information framework,infrastructure and approaches for defining and solving issues during developing a research in complicated factors and multi-way water cycle by applying the Hydrological Information Resources Organization and for expanding service fields of hydrology.
